ROCHESTER, N.Y. — After a widespread outage knocked out cellphone service for AT&T users Thursday across the United States, News10NBC had a few questions. So, we brought in an expert.

Serena Flint, a research engineer at Rochester Institute of technology, sat down for a live interview about what could have caused this.
