Rochester seeks tenant for Port of Rochester terminal restaurant space

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The city of Rochester is looking for a tenant to take over restaurant space at the Port of Rochester terminal building in Charlotte.

The city put out a request for proposals Monday.

The second-floor space has about 7,000 square feet overlooking Lake Ontario and the Genesee River, as well as a commercial kitchen and covered patio.

Submissions are due by Oct. 2.
