Rochester City School District Superintendent Carmine Peluso was at the White House on Wednesday. He was there as part of President Biden’s “Improving Student Achievement Agenda for 2024.”

Peluso was there to talk about how the city school district used American Rescue Plan funds for the district’s summer learning programs.
