Shots fired and two cars collide on North Clinton Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating after gunfire broke out around the same time as a two-car crash on North Clinton Avenue near Clifford Avenue.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 2 a.m. on Wednesday and arrived to find the crash. Witnesses who News10NBC spoke with said they heard gunfire after the crash and ran for cover. RPD hasn’t confirmed whether the shots were fired before or after the crash.
No one was injured in the crash. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw multiple evidence markers on the street. There are no suspects in custody and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
