State Street near Broad will turn to one-way during utility work
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) —State Street between Broad Street and Allen Street in downtown Rochester will be only one-way starting Monday until late November.
Workers are doing utility work, relining and replacing water mains and catch basins. Also, RG&E is working on high-voltage lines.
It’s for southbound traffic only. Detours are posted, however, drivers should expect delays.
