Underground equipment issues lead to power outages

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Rochester Gas and Electric says underground equipment issues led to power outages in the area of Dartmouth Street on Sunday.
The utility says crews are now on site working on the issue. It estimates power should be restored to that area around 7 p.m.
