University of Georgia Football player and staff member killed in crash

ATHENS, GA. – A Georgia football player and staff member were killed in a car crash according to the Georgia Athletics Association on Twitter.

They say sophomore Devin Willock and football staff member Chandler LeCroy were killed in the crash in Athens, Georgia. This comes just six days after the team won the College Football National Championship game against Texas Christian University.

The Athletics Department states there were two others in the car from the football program who were injured. They say they are in stable condition.
