Sodus native partakes in military appreciation honoring

JACKSONVILLE, F.L. (WHEC) — The Bills did lose to the Jaguars, but one Sodus native won some recognition.

Sergeant Justin Akins, who is stationed in Fort Stewart, Georgia, partook in a "ringing of the bell" ceremony at TIAA Bank Field to celebrate service week in Jacksonville.

Akins, whose family is originally from Sodus, went down at the game to witness it, is a big Bills fan.
