NEWARK, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Wayne County man is facing possession of child pornography charges.
Jesse C. DeJohn, 25, of Newark, was arrested and charged after New York State Police executed a search warrant at his home on Jan. 14, 2021.
Prosecutors say investigators seized a desktop computer and a USB drive during the search that contained approximately 721 images and five videos depicting the sexual abuse of children.
If found guilty, DeJohn faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
