BRIGHTON, N.Y. — The court hearing for the appeal against the new Whole Foods project is set for 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

The organization Brighton Grassroots is asking the State Appeals Court to delay the store’s opening which is set for Wednesday. This comes after a State Supreme Court judge sided with the developers in March allowing the project to move forward.
